Outer island golf trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very good accommodations. No problems. Good communication with the property management.

Great place to stay and close to everything on the south side of the island. It had everything that we needed for our family of 5, including the baby. Plenty of beach items. Very comfortable accomodations. Close to shopping, dining, beaches, and other attractions on the south side. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Our stay was great. Communication was a little delayed, but not a problem. I absolutely loved how stocked the condo was. With soap to paper towels. That was huge for us. I would definitely be a repeat customer. I am originally from Kaua’i, so this condo, has a great location quiet.

The location is ideal and the property was beautiful. The AC was not operating when we arrived, but was corrected the next morning promptly. We found a Mr Clean magic erase bar in the master sink when we arrived and a roach in the pantry, but nothing too concerning. We would stay here again as the management company was easy to contact. One of the smoke detectors kept going off, and after 3 times of it continuing, we called, and they gave a solution. The chickens looking in the sliding glass door window was a unique Kauai experience!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was very clean and well equipped for our stay. We would definitely stay here again for a trip to Kauai.

Great location, great amenities, and overall great experience! This unit was perfect for our large family vacation and had everything we needed for beach days, pool days, and meals together. Highly recommend.

Great place beautiful place . Unfortunately hotub at property was not working. And the dryer broke. So we had to wash there but dry off site. Which was a real inconvenience. Just took time away from enjoying the island.

Very Nice

Great place to stay. We had 6 adults and a 1year old and it was plenty spacious. Everything advertised on the website was correct. Very clean. Great location. I would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

This was a great location and property. We were close to everything we wanted to do (within 40 minutes drive). Lots of places to eat and visit.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Plenty of room for the 6 of us. We ate every breakfast and dinner outside on the patio and loved the privacy of the location. The pool and hot tub were great at night after a long day of exploring the island. Highly recommend this unit to anyone with kids.

PERFECT LOCATION

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo 12D at Pili Mai was perfect for a group of 6. It was a 3 bedroom-3 bath condo with a beautifully stocked kitchen as well as a comfortable living area and relaxing lanai. The area was quiet and the grounds were pristine. We used the pool area a couple of times which was beautiful. Certainly less crowed and quieter than the resort pools. When we had a minor issue with a remote/TV in one of the master suites, I was responded to immediately and someone was over to help and resolve the issues within 15 minutes. The ease of check in was simple. The location was near the beach, restaurants and activities. The condo was clean and had all we needed for the visit. The only thing I would say is that the carpet in the bedrooms were a little worn and the room closest to front door stayed warm even with the air conditioner on. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay and we would definitely gravitate towards this condo when we go back to Kauai.

Great place to stay and close to shopping, food and beach. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Property manager was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Bummed the hot tub and pool was under construction. Found that the Pool pictures online are over enhanced for what it really is. Isn’t a large pool area with limited seating and why I gave the photos of property a four star rating. Everything else was great!!

Overall very spacious and perfect for larger groups. However, there were some cleanliness issues regarding the sofa bed, master bedroom shower, blankets and oven mitts. The sofa bed had crumbs on the bedding and there was sand still in the shower. The blankets had an off putting odor to it and the oven mitts had dried food stuck to it.

Near Poipu beach!!

Great place to stay as it is so close to everything and the place is roomy and equipped with everything you need! Communication to renters was great!
