  • Poipu Kapili is home to ideal oceanfront condos. The location of Poipu Kapili Condo #50 is in the midst of the impeccably maintained luxury 52 villa complex.

    Upon entering Unit 50 you will feel yourself immediately relax with Island interior, high ceilings trimmed in beautiful mahogany, views through the palms to the stunning heated pool and the rolling waves of the crystal clear Pacific. The covered ocean lanai and captain's table call you to savor the setting. This unit is well appointed, fully equipped with a washer and dryer, and sleeps up to 3 people.

    The primary suite features a king sized bed and en suite bathroom. There is an additional full bath in the hall for anyone who comes along to sleep on the pull out couch!

    The kitchen seamlessly flows into the living area making it easy for the cook in the group to enjoy the company of guests who will most likely be sipping on a cocktail, nibbling pupus and talking story about the day's adventures!

Our stay at this property was wonderful! Check in process was smooth. The unit was beautifully decorated, and very spacious. The deck was perfect with awesome views of the ocean, and the gorgeous pool! Kitchen was very well equipped. Great location , beach is walkable to. Great restaurants in the area .

A Relaxing Getaway

The condo was absolutely perfect and had everything we needed. The grounds were very beautiful and the pool was wonderful. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

My wife and I said here for our honeymoon and we didn’t want to leave! The view from our room as amazing and a good amount of places to eat close by! Check in was super easy! We had a great time!

Location, Location, Location

Second stay at our favorite condo in Poipu. Views, Amenities, Cross Breezes, you could walk everywhere if you wanted to. This location is second to none, we absolutely love it!

This condo was perfect in every way! Super clean, beautiful balcony views of pool and ocean, close to restaurants, shopping and beach. The condo complex was quiet and the landscaping is meticulously taken care of. Loved this condo!

Excellent property. Great location Quiet, yet close to all. The coffee and the bottle of wine added a nice touch. Prompt and responsive property manager. Will gladly stay again if they would let me😀.

Beautiful

The room was very comfortable and a bit larger than I expected, and communication with property owners was very easy and they responded very quickly. View was amazing, close/ walking distance to both outdoor malls, restaurants, and beaches. We usually book the Marriott, but they are so overpriced now. I am glad we found this place. Worth ever penny, much more reasonably priced and honestly more comfortable. Thank you!

Great unit, very clean and well appointed. Downside was all the maintenance was lined up the days we were there. Bug spraying, dryer duct cleaning, installing fence around the pool, trimming trees outside the bedroom window- maybe this should be spread out over several weeks so it doesn’t inconvenience a single party

Great Stay at Poipu Kapili

It was a great stay. The condo matched the photos and was as described on VRBO. The condo was either recently updated or very well cared for. Everything worked. Plenty of towels for the beach and a nice washer and dryer. The condo complex is pretty and quiet even though there were plenty of kids around. Pool is nice and well cared for. The property managers were easy to communicate with and provided a lot of helpful advice when we were planning our visit. Only thing to be aware of is that the beach is a five minute walk. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We’d stay here again

Overall a gorgeous property and condo, beach front! The provided ground coffee was delicious. The space is large with lots of light and good air flow with the doors open. Our only issue was with the sheets. They are micro fiber sheets that hold in heat, which isn’t what we want on a warm Hawaiian vacation. The rental company doesn’t use anything else unfortunately. We decided to buy some of our own since our first night sleep was bad on them. I highly recommend bringing your own if you are bothered by microfiber too. I also suggest the rental agency look into upgrading their bedding. $10/set at target for microfiber is a great deal for cheap low quality sheets, but it’s a luxury condo so the $70/set cotton sheets would add that extra detail. They’re still only 400 thread count, but significantly more comfortable than microfiber.

Beautiful Condo

I rented this room for my parents and nephew and was shocked to learn there was no elevator. I was worried but my parents said they could manage the stairs. My parents loved this unit.it was spacious, super clean, large washer and dryer, very well equipped and to top it off beautiful ocean views! There is street noise that would end after sunset and didn’t occur nightly. This was an awesome condo!

Fabulous!

The condo was clean and roomy. Kitchen was very well-stocked. There were beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and coolers which all came in very handy. There is a good cross breeze so we never needed the air conditioner. Location was great. Quick walk to the Sheraton beach and to shopping. Other great beaches also nearby but we drove (lots of beach gear to haul 😊). Spouting Horn was also within walking distance. Kauai is small so getting around anywhere was never really a problem, even with lots of road construction going on. We did have an issue with the management company calling us to say there were multiple complaints about our kids. We don’t have kids. So - there is apparently an entitled resident who doesn’t do due diligence and just wants to cause problems. There were a couple of young boys on site but they were never loud or bothersome. Just be forewarned. Other than that, though, it was pretty close to perfect. Thank you, owners, so much for sharing with us. I would absolutely stay again!

Relaxing stay in Poipu

My husband and I really loved our stay here. The condo is big and very nice and in a great location. We loved the view of the ocean from the lanai. The grounds are landscaped beautifully. The air conditioner in the bedroom came in handy at night but we did not need it when during the day as the winds flow through the condo really well when all of the windows/sliding doors are open. There were a couple of minor things that were overlooked by the cleaning team prior to our check in but this did not impact how much we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

A great escape

Just what we wanted! We had a great stay- great and convenient location, clean, and easy checkin and checkout processes. Why we loved it: + A short walk to the closest beach + Quiet and private location (relatively small property) + Clean and spacious + Nice ocean and sunset views from lanai + Great airflow through condo + nice beach towels and day cooler provided (didn’t use other beach supplies) A few areas for improvement - No central air conditioning - which was ok for us, but depending on weather it could be very hot. The unit in the bedroom works ok but is very noisy - Some of the items in kitchen are heavily used and not particularly clean. Generally the kitchen was stocked ok, but it could have been a little bit nicer. Overall, it was a great location and great stay. We’d stay there again anytime! Just loved it. Thank you!

Beautiful and Peaceful!

We stayed 6 nights here and wish it was more like 6 months! Beautiful condo! Amazing sunsets and breezes on the deck. Location is perfect and we traveled to all 4 coasts. Highly recommend staying here!

Home Base

Jessica and her team were always available by text, email of phone call. We locked our selves out the first day and Jessica was able to help us out even though it was towards the end of the day! Sunsets are visible outside from the lanai. The pool was perfect tempurater, the grounds are beautifully kept. The unit is a spacious 1 bedroom with 2 bathrooms- (we each had our own, that was a treat). Full size washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen. The is a market very close by if you wish to eat in- beach is a very short walk. The king size bed was super comfortable. We drove both sides of the island from this fairly central located home base. Definatly would stay here again!
