We had a wonderful stay. The view from the condo was amazing and we saw several whales. A suggestion would be to upgrade the living room furniture to something more comfortable and spacious. Susan our host was extremely responsive to a few minor issues that we encountered and the GM dealt with them immediately. The kitchen was beautiful and the location was perfect and close to everything. I highly recommend this unit.

Unfortunate - but resolved! We had an unfortunate stay during an historic 20 year Kona Low, that resulted in several leaks in the ceilings. With that said, we moved on to another rental. As bad as this sounds, the host was very accommodating and quickly refunded all of our rent, without question.

Host and communication was fabulous! We had several questions that were answered promptly. They were super accommodating for us and the condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! Loved the fact we could play pickle ball and head to the beach with all the stuff they had available. Would highly recommend staying here again. Condo has usual wear and tear that any place would have but still extremely nice! Our only negative was the stairs for our older parents but that was on us and the host did explain exactly what to expect so just a reminder for others if traveling with people who struggle with stairs.

Check in was easy, communication was great, problems were resolved quickly, location was convenient, view was beautiful, nice walking along the lava rock close to the property, short drive to beautiful beaches, pool just steps from condo, accommodates family of 7 comfortably, kitchen was useful and overall a great stay!!

We enjoyed the location as well as the view. It was hard to sit on the balcony with the hot air from the fan blowing. Air conditioning in every bed room was a must and greatly appreciated.

The condo was dirty and poorly furnished. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. Beds were not proper beds, but rather steel cots with dilapidated mattresses. Thick mattress tops were on them to conceal their sorry state and linens were dirty. The view of the ocean would have been fantastic had it not been for the windows being so dirty. The beach umbrella was broken. The owner and property manager were nice enough, but it just didn’t compensate for the highly disappointing aspects of the condo. The property manager replaced the umbrella with two the next day and also came to place roach traps. The condo needs a very deep cleaning and proper furniture. The photos were very misleading. I would not recommend staying here, especially at the cost. See photos below.

Very well equipped—great views

The location is very nice with a pretty awesome view. The place is well stocked and has plenty of kitchen and beach items. We underestimated the amount of stairs. We stayed with our kids and grandkids. Every time we left the condo, it was 42 stairs to navigate, in addition to the stairs to get to the bedroom— keep in mind if you have knee problems or are advanced in years. The info implies an easy walk to Brenneke and Poipu beaches. It’s along the road and mostly uphill going back.Cleanliness is a big deal to me— the bedding (especially pillow covers) were stained and smelled funny. We washed them including the extra pillow cases stored in the closet before using. It is Hawaii and no matter where you stay, it’s a beautiful place! The owners were very responsive and helpful.

Amazing place to stay

This place was perfect for myself and my family. All of us 18 and over. The loft area was great, however you have to be willing to have Someone come to your room to shower. This was not an issue for our kids, or us but just a heads up. There is a 1/2 bathroom down stairs but no shower. The two masters were perfect and the beds were comfortable. They provide everything.. and I mean everything from the beach to the bathroom to the kitchen. All the stuff provided was super nice and we got great use out of all of them. Especially the beach stuff. They provide lots of towels, and lots of beach towels. I would highly recommend this place for the views as we watched whales a few days swimming while we here staying .. 10/10 recommendation. Described perfectly in the listing. Communication was great. Check in and out was great.. until next time Kauai!

Great place

It had everything listed! Umbrellas, pack n play, 3 boogie boards, chairs, beach toys, pickleball paddles, great pool and hot tub. It was a short walk or drive to the Hyatt beach as well as poipu beaches. It had lots of extra sheets and towels. And the kitchen was fully stocked! The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was amazing! You could see the ocean and the pool from the lanai. Be prepared to carry your luggage up a full flight of stairs and down two others. The hosts were great and always responded in a timely manner

Kauai Beach Condo

The three bedrooms were perfect for four adults (2 couples) and two children. Quiet with beautiful sunsets/sunrises. Walk to Poipu Beach or Shipwreck Beach was little less than a mile - no complaints. For essentials, Koloa was a short drive. Everything worked well. Beach towels were provided. Kids loved the pool. We would stay again.

We had a marvelous time in your condo. It was just beautiful, and the view was incredible. We were here for our daughter’s wedding in Kauai and your condo was the perfect place to relax and prepare for the wedding. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great location

Location was as listed and home is well stocked. I think we used the body boards and beach chairs every day. Having AC was a huge plus as it was warm when we were there. Really have no complaints. Thank you for letting us stay!

Poipu Paradise

It’s hard to go wrong with a stay in Poipu, it never disappoints! The drawbacks to our stay, parking lot construction made parking and exiting the parking lot very difficult. Other than that, everything was great! I really enjoyed the wine, coffee and snacks that were provided. We also utilized the 3 coolers available to use and the snorkeling equipment. There were tons of towels and when we needed more, it was great to be able to wash them up in the washer and dryer. Thanks for a wonderful and memorable stay in your unit!
