This is a multi-level condo on the second story of the building, walking up stairs is required. Enter into the open living room with AC and full kitchen, guest half bath and indoor laundry for your convenience.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with AC, queen size beds and ensuite full bathrooms, one with a beautiful tile shower/tub combo and one with a standing shower. ***Construction Notice: There is active construction occurring on the neighboring property, and may cause noise or partial obstruction to the existing island and ocean views. Rental rates have already been adjusted to reflect a competitive rate. This notice will be removed upon completion of construction.***
