“A truly fantastic and luxurious stay at Panor Villas!
Our vacation at Panor Villas in Rethymno, Crete was simply perfect. This villa is an absolute gem, and it truly delivered on every single promise.
The villa itself was even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. It was incredibly spacious and well-designed, providing us with a wonderful sense of privacy and comfort. The real highlight for us was the amazing pool. It was the centerpiece of our stay—perfect for cooling off, relaxing,...

“Subject: Request for Compensation – Stay at Grecotel Plaza Beach House
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing regarding our recent stay at the Grecotel Plaza Beach House in Rethymnon, from 6-11 august, during which we booked a “Petit Loft Maisonette” for 5 nights.
Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of the standards expected from an establishment of your reputation. Below is a summary of the main issues we encountered:
• First room: extremely noisy, located on a very busy street. It was...

“This property is closed for bookings. This is despite Expedia letting us book it for a stay in April as part of a package.
The rating is more to do with Expedia and the fact that we were unable to reach this property or get any help from Expedia in trying to find out the status of our late arrival request
We were therefore left stranded with no accommodation when we arrived in Agia Pelagia ”
