The place was so dirty!! There was a ton of dog hair on my sheets- INUNDATED WITH IT! The toilets had urine & pubic hairs all over, none of the bathrooms had been cleaned. All cushions were missing, kitchen disorganized! Downstairs AC not working, floors were dirty, couch pillows were dirty, doors to master bedroom don’t have a lock and all others lock from the outside only. House needed a DEEP cleaning! Management tried to suggest I PAY $750 to get it done. Ridiculous suggestion! They did let me check in early, which was also thrown in my face, but if I knew I was checking into that mess I'd of definitely waited! Came to find out later that the owner themselves went to so called clean the house instead of a professional cleaning company. The attitude that these gals have is awful, poor customer service skills! Oh, and you can’t talk to a person, only text messages. You’ll see the attitude by their reply to me, I’m sure so, take note.
