“The staff was not very accommodating in early check-in specially when I was arriving from USA. Their check-in was 4 PM, and I had arrived there around 11 AM. It seems they could arrange maybe around 1PM, but were unwilling. I feel this request was poorly handled. Otherwise, the facility was okay besides the confusion they had over my room assignment. I do not think I will go there again!”

“Breakfast was cooked to order with several choices. They seemed short staffed during our stay. Carpets need to be cleaned in the room and hallways. There was no coffee in our room. Quiet inn with character.”

“me and my partner stayed overnight for a trip to the nearby hotsprings. the property is very well maintained and had provided a comfortable place for rest after a day pack with activities and driving around to see lakes and mountains. The breakfast in the morning was adequate and pretty good. Would definitely come back again next time. :) ”

“The property was nice but in need of repairs. The pool looks like a lot of fun for kids but it was closed. The steam room and sauna are not running at this time of the year but if you want to use them you have to let reception know at least 15 minutes in advance so they can get it ready for you. We ended up not using them and went across the street to the hot springs. I imagine this place gets busier during the summer months. It was almost empty at this time of year which was nice for us.”

“We had a great little stay at the Lido Motel. This is an older facility; however, the owners have made it a cozy, relaxing spot for overnight stays. It was perfect for what we needed! The staff were very understanding, helping me out when I realized that I had inadvertently double-booked myself. Would highly recommend this little gem.”

“We had to book this room last minute due to unexpected road conditions. Pros: good parking, nice view from balcony, comfortable bed. Cons: bug in the shower, very unpleasant employee at front desk with absolutely 0 customer service ability. Overall, I most likely will not book here again due to poor customer service that affected my experience staying here. ”
