"Hotel un poco ruidoso por la noche y pronto por la mañana con puertas que se cerraban de golpe. Restauración de noche muy limitada. Personal amable y desayuno bueno. Bastante limpio. Colchón y almohadas un pelín duras. En general bastante bien. "

"I stayed here with my partner and 2 young children. We booked a room with two double beds - this was perfect. What really impressed me about the hotel was the extra details everywhere to make it really welcoming and easy for families. Toys, games, high chairs, ramps and accesible options - and even some secret doors for elves & fairies hidden around the place. The hotel has a super heated, indoor swimming pool, and a playground outside. I also really appreciated the box of "help yourself" to extra tea, coffee and milk at the reception. These details make all the difference and I want to say a big thank you to the team at Holiday Inn, Lancaster - you are great!!"
