“Check in was easy and quick it was on a self check in on a screen, but instantly the staff asked if I needed help at both check in and check out... I didn't but was nice to know they were there to help
Breakfast option was superb, nice coffee, lots of options, hot breakfast was excellent quality and size.. breakfast staff were really nice and interacted with us and others, which was nice

“En preston nadie habla español, solo lis españoles y algun bar. Para cruzar la calle es un lio. Los precios son casi el doble en bares r rtes. Suciedad en aceras. Tienen varios centros comerciales juntos al igual que tiendas. El parque es espectacular, se puede comer sopas en el suelo. La estancia ha estado bien pero no vendria de turismo.

“The hotel is under going some renovations - which it sadly needs.We were shown to a room in an annex to the rear of the main hotel.The toilet was stained brown and there was a used bar of soap in the shower.The extractor fan didn't work and we had to wedge the bathroom door open to get rid of the steam.There was an old water leak stain on the ceiling which had started to develop mould.We were disturbed from around 6am every day except Saturday, by the sound of the water system each time anyone...
“We were visiting the area for the Lytham Festival. Firstly, the location was excellent, as all the Lytham hotels were fully booked.
Reception staff were helpful and were available 24 hours. The room was comfortable with all we needed. Bathroom and shower were great. Not massive but more than adequate. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options, cooked or continental. The main breakfast waitress was extremely efficient, whether it was quiet or busy. We were lucky enough to get the car...
