The members of the team at this guest house are extremely friendly and put much love into everything they do. You will not find a better breakfast anywhere in the UK! “The hotel has no reception staff. It’s a key card in a combination lock box. It worked well, the room was great, clean and tidy. Decorated nicely. Complementary Nespresso coffee and tea, bath robes and slippers. Walk in shower and the bed was comfy. Right in the middle of Lytham. Great location.”

Not sure what the other rooms are size wise, but don’t choose a single room. The TV on the wall was bigger!”
“We came for our honeymoon just to get away a couple off days. Room was clean. No fridge but lots off other items. Helpful when we run out off tea and coffee gave us more. Food was good. Restaurant staff were very friendly and polite. The new girl who had started the same day we came was very nice and could not help us enough. Only downside could not get a hot drink at dinner time. Plenty off water but nothing hot. But over all very happy with our stay and planing our next stay for next year.”
