Great place to stay. It was in the middle of all the distilleries we visited and very close some to some really nice restaurants. House was updated and very clean. Basement had a game room that we enjoyed nightly. The communication with owner was terrific. We would definitely come back and use again.

The house is absolutely beautiful and we had a wonderful time! The host has provided everything you could possibly need and more to enjoy your stay! The neighborhood is charming and all of the neighbors were very friendly when we were out walking our dog. We can't wait to stay here again!

Truly an exceptional place to stay! We were a family coming together to celebrate the holidays with our family in Frankfort. This spot was perfect: extremely clean, spacious, beautifully decorated for the holidays, and great amenities. The kids loved the video game and board games in the "speakeasy". The grown ups loved the hot tub! The whole place had so many small touches too that made it exceptional - stocked with small snacks and coffee (and honey sticks my kids were thrilled about), plus amenities and a great kitchen and beautiful tree for hosting a magical early Christmas. Thank you so much! We will be back!

Beautiful home, great hot tub, very cute speakeasy style area to play games and enjoy some bourbon. Only thing I misunderstood was that there’s no door from the inside that takes you right to the hot tub. But getting down and around to the hot tub was no issue.

The home was perfect for our couples trip to the Bourbon Trail. The home is very welcoming and well stocked with essentials. We appreciated the coffee bar and snacks. The host was very attentive, checking in to make sure we had everything that we needed. Highly recommend!

Can’t stress enough how perfect this location is for the Bourbon trail! The little speakeasy in the basement is adorable. Very quiet neighborhood and close enough to the Capitol building to walk around. Host also left a gift card to Andy’s Bakery which became our morning go to for coffee and breakfast! We will be back for sure!!

Excellent House for a Bourbon Trail Adventure!

We stayed here as 6 adults to celebrate Fathers Day by going to bourbon distilleries. House was so nice and clean. Location was perfect- 5 min from Buffalo Trace. In a nice neighborhood which made it easy to walk our pup. The house had all the amenities and cabinets well labeled.

It was one of the most wonderful VRBO I’ve ever had. My entire family had an incredible time the house was perfect. Communication was fabulous with the owner. I thought of every little detail to make it feel like home. I would suggest anyone interested in taking a trip to Bourbon country should definitely look at staying at this beautiful home in Frankfort.

My friends and I truly had a wonderful experience staying in this home. AC was absolutely adequate to meet our needs, and there was plenty of lounging space for us all to enjoy time together or separate as needed.The location was great, allowing us to drive to all of our interested destinations while also offering local eats for some of us to walk to at will.Communication was prompt and instructions were easy. We enjoyed all that the house had to offer, especially the basement and record player. If we come back to the area some day, this will be high on my list of places to stay again.

Amazing House, So Cozy!

Thea is an amazing host! The house is so cozy and comfortable. We stayed here with myself, my husband, my brother & SIL and parents for one night for Easter weekend. We loved spending time out on the deck, hanging out in the living room, checking out the speakeasy for some pac man and of course the hot tub! Thea is probably the most responsive VRBO host I've ever stayed with. The house is so comfortable and there isn't a "bad" room that anyone would be unhappy staying in. Everything is so thoughtfully planned throughout the home and overall experience. 5 star stay from top to bottom. I wish all hosts could be like Thea!

Beautiful house, nice area

Enjoyed our stay, place was very nice inside and had many amenities included. Host was responsive and provided easy check-in/check-out procedures. No driveway, but plenty of street parking available. We had a great stay!

Super cozy and cute

Love this house. Cute, unique, and charming. Tons of space - we had 6 adults. Super close to everything. We did Buffalo Trace tour and Bourbon on the Banks festival. Would recommend. 👍
