“We stayed for 3 nights. Wanted to visit the beautiful beaches & also do some bike riding. The location was great..could walk less than a block to the beach. Had a great bike trail ride (sidewalks ) to the end of longboat key & back ( 25 miles total) the cottage was supplied with everything we needed..also had a nice beach wagon, chais & umbrella for the beach. Mike ( our neighbor) was such a great help with everything! He gave us tips & suggestions for places to go & directions for our bike...

“We stayed in this condo for 3 nights. Check in was easy, condo was clean. The owner has a cooler, water floats and a beach umbrella you can use. Makes this a very convenient stay. The location is excellent. Close to most everything and the trolley picks up right out front. Will definitely come back to stay again. ”

“We had a group of 9 friends staying here and had a great time. Plenty of room for everyone and having a bathroom per bedroom was a plus. The convenience of the beach was great and the pool was central to a lot of our time together. As others have noted, the construction next door was ongoing but we tuned it out after a bit - they seemed to work 7a-3p daily. There were more/better accommodations than expected based on the description - they supplied all the towels (including beach towels),...

“Property is clean and well maintained. Less than 5 min walk across the street to the beach. Covered parking. Spacious condo. Slept 4 teens and 2 adults comfortably. We ran into an issue with the ac one night and contacted someone and had a fix within the hour. ”
