  • This pet-friendly end unit townhouse near the shuttle stop in Clearbrook 1 is waiting for you! Enter to an outer and inner foyer. From the inner foyer, head upstairs to the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas. This level also accesses the wrap-around deck. In the living area, relax with a fire in the wood-burning fireplace while you watch the flat-screen cable television. You can also prepare a meal in the fully-applianced kitchen and enjoy it all together at the spacious dining table. Above the main living area is a bedroom with two twin beds and a private bath with shower. You will find the primary bedroom and a full bath on the lowest level.

    Enjoy the Village Swim, Tennis and Fitness Club with two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, three Jacuzzis (one outdoors), sauna, exercise room and 12 tennis courts for your enjoyment.

    Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

    Please note: This unit offers two parking spaces.
    This home has winter ski shuttle access for specific dates as described at
    The pool and fitness club may be temporarily unavailable due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
    Dogs are welcome in this unit. There is a $50 + tax one-time pet fee per dog, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed.

It was the perfect place to stay for a ski trip for a family of four. I appreciated the little welcoming gift bag with coffee, hot chocolate and popcorn.

Great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Very nice location for hikers. Private and quiet. I did need help figuring out how to watch the TV. "John" came promptly and helped, although it took about 20 mins for him to do so, as the instructions for using the remotes are inaccurate.

They had a cute little goodie bag that was very helpful since i forgot coffee, so it feels be over in the morning after a late night arriving. Everything was clean and the place was cute, area was beautiful.

Great location and easy check-in. Local reservation service office was able to rapidly address an issue we had with smoke detector alarming. Was pet friendly although fee was buried deep in fine print. Also listed as having ac. We went on hot days in July. Ac only in living area. Fans in bedrooms did good job. Only real negative was a really uncomfortable master bed, sunken in middle.

Location was nice area was quiet and comfortable. The house was perfect for our 2 night stay and fit all our needs. Very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything else was perfect the place was clean, stocked and looked well taken care of but for 800. Both my parents and I were extremely unhappy with the beds and pillows uncomfortable mattress and flat. I ended up sleeping on the couch…

Tout était parfait sauf le confort du lit double, le matelas est fini. Une courbe se forme au centre du lit. Les tapis ne sont pas visibles sur les photos de l'annonce. Une tache de café est visible sur les escaliers en tapis. Toute les surfaces sont en tapis sauf dans la cuisine et salle de bain. Le personnel est sympathique, instructions claires.

Great amenities and cleanliness that makes one feel at home immediately. It’s one of those rentals where even after a hard day of hiking, you get the energy to rather have food inside than at a restaurant, while watching Netflix. I’ll definitely look up this place the next time we are in White Mountains with our pet.

Perfect for short stay

Nice for a short stay, definitely needs better mattresses and air conditioning or atleast more fans for main floor and loft. Condo was very clean wish the porch was taken better care of but was still nice. Would definitely come back again for a short stay.

Property cleanliness was great, however the quality of the residence is meh. Underlying moth ball smell throughout. Maintenance needed. Kitchen equipment (pots/pans/knives/cutting boards) shoddy/borderline dangerous. Comfy condo. Satisfactory accommodation, but not overwhelming. Great location!
