Enjoyed a lovely and comfortable stay here. It was a dream to have immediate ski access with such a close proximity to loon. And after a long day riding on the mountain, there was nothing better than coming back to a relaxing hot tub, warm shower (in incredibly beautiful bathrooms) and a fully equipped kitchen where we could chef it up and refuel with a big meal, followed by a good sleep in very comfortable beds. We took a group of friends here and there was always something for us to do between the shuffle board, arcade games, big TV to watch thr pats and bruins on, and so much more. Only wish we could have stayed longer, but we will definitely be back to do just that in the near future! Needless to say, 10/10 recommend this property and any property managed by this host because they were incredibly responsive and helpful with anything we needed.

Kitchen needs some additional materials.We only had 1 pot holder, one medium size pot, a couple of medium size frying pans.Not enough when trying to cook for 14 people.The cleanliness and communication was fantastic!

Host was as beautiful as it looks. Perfect set up for our large family gathering. The fireplace, living room and kitchen were amazing. Easy access to main street Lincoln. Host was very attentive and responsive to texts. The hot tub and surround sound were awesome amenities! Highly recommend.

A group of eight stayed here in mid-September and the house was amazing! Everything in the house was high quality, new and very clean. There was plenty of room for everyone, fully stocked kitchen and entertainment options. We have booked several rental houses over the past ten years and this house and experience may be the best we have ever had! The host was very accessible and responded quickly to any questions and provided great and timely information to help with our stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Lincoln NH area. Five stars!

This house is absolutely beautiful! It is exactly like the pictures posted. We visited with 5 families, adults with children. The two bunk rooms were perfect for all the kids and they loved it! Plenty of other bedrooms for all the adults. The kitchen was our favorite, fully stocked with anything you needed. The coffee provided was a very nice touch as well. There was a large pantry with a second fridge that was a great spot to hold all of our snacks and drinks for the trip. There were so many great spots to get away from the crowd as well, the front porch or back deck, or patio for coffee for example. The kids loved the basement to play. Golden Tee was a huge hit!!! The only negative, there were not any curtains or blinds in any room. This woke everyone up early, the sun was bright. We contacted the property manager to ask if blinds had not been installed yet, as it seems to be a fairly new build. They appreciated our recommendation and was going to pass it onto the owner. There are beautiful houses being built all around and we took many walks around the quiet neighborhood.

Perfect Family Summer Vacation

We had the most wonderful time together at this property. The size of the home was perfect for our families. The kitchen was great for cooking and just hanging out planning the day. Extremely functional home from the awesome game room (we’re now shuffle board enthusiasts) to the jacuzzi and fireplace. Upstairs the back patio and screened in porch were our favorite for morning coffee and afternoon chats. Even better, there is a river nearby, we were able to float down the kids with and swim when the day was a bit warmer. Plenty of great hikes nearby, too. We did Artist Bluff and it was less than 30 mins drive. We had an infant, an elementary age child, and 5 teens amongst us and they all kept busy from the hikes to the house Lincoln was more than we could have imagined. The home is close to Lincoln shopping and is nestled in a quiet area where you can enjoy being away in the woods but also having everything you need close by. The kitchen had so much more than we expected as far as extras from the owners, lots of coffee pods, plenty of plates, serving dishes, and fully stocked silverware. The whole home sound system was great too. Just an overall amazing trip and we are so happy with our choice. My sisters and our families have not been all together in about 5 years and this place was a great way to have some quality fun time with us our families.

Spring ski weekend

Awesome stay from start to finish! 3 nights to finish the ski season and couldn’t have been happier with our lodging. Beautiful, spotless and so comfortable, we will be back:)
