“Did not stay there after arriving at a residential home in the middle of a Green Valley Ranch subdivision. We went to the pictured bar/restaurant establishment pictured in the first picture of the ad thinking we had the wrong address in the residential neighborhood and inquired where we check into our room. They had no idea what I was talking about. I then read the other reviews and realized I had been scammed. This was in no way associated with the photographs that were in the advertisement or...

“We chose this property because of its close proximity to Denver University and Pearl Street. DU is just a 5 minute drive and Pearl Street is a two block walk. We really appreciated how quiet the neighborhood is. We had a complication on check-in but Listy was immediately in touch with us and the contractor to ensure it was resolved by the time we had dinner. I would recommend this property for active adults.”
