“Nos hicieron un upgrade sorpresa y fue muy agradable. Teníamos la Pool Villa con piscina propia. Muy cerca del coffee shop, muy tranquilo también. Quisimos quedarnos una noche mas y como no habían mas habitaciones, se las arreglaron para prepararnos una pieza improvisada y se mostraron preocupados de que no nos faltara nada. El wifi no funcionaba pero tb me facilitaron su computador. Un agrado realmente este hotel.”

“The staff is very rude and unfriendly. The rooms are very different as to what is shown in the poctures. Restaurant kitchen is not clean. Team memebers from Happy Hub were good.”

“Peaceful, relaxing, charming. ”

“Great property, huge rooms with a separate sitting area. Balcony with great valley views. Food and beverage service is dirty and unhygienic. Sugar is dirty, lying open under the service desk at the canteen. No glass ware in the rooms for water etc. were provided paper cups, how un-ecofriendly. Even if you want to have any drink it’s the paper cups. They are going through 100’s of paper cups each day/ how easy to provide glassware in rooms. The room had dust and cobwebs. “We booked this hotel for 1 night stay over New year’s eve. Found there was a disconnect between Expedia booking and the hotel reservations. Expedia booking was confirmed but when I called hotel to make a room request they did not recieve any email or confirmation from Expedia. After many phone calls to Expedia and the hotel the issue was sorted. The issue was with hotel’s reservation system. Also the hotel photo shown on Expedia is different to that of the actual hotel. It is misleading. Expedia...

“The property is really good. The view was really mesmerizing with a background of long trees and the foggy tea estate after rainfall. Breakfast was Very Good. Staff is also very much responsive.”

“The location and views are undoubtedly the hotel’s strongest points — the scenery is magnificent and the setting is beautiful. Unfortunately, the hotel itself did not live up to what we expected for the price. We paid around £280 per night for 3 nights, which was over ₹100,000, and for that price the rooms and general finish felt very dated and poorly maintained. The furniture was old, the flooring was damaged in places, and some of the switches and fittings were visibly coming...

“Haven in the hills. Loved our stay at Windermere, a thoughtfully curated property with a a focus on nature. The staff were exceptionally helpful, meals wonderful and guided nature walks a wealth of fascinating information. Definitely recommend to nature lovers looking for a peaceful stay with all the creature comforts of a luxury getaway.”

“Beautiful location, just be aware they don't serve alcohol”

“Camera carina, condizioni generali, servizi e personale da migliorare .”
