“Beautiful spot close to many places and the beach. It made 4th of July so fun and would stay again.”

“Todo excelente ! ”

“Thank you Pam and James for offering your home for a safe stay! It was so nice, clean and way better than any hotel rooms. Amazing experience. Just WOW!!! Highly recommend. We will definately be back when we are back in LA. I give it 10 stars out of 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Property was just as described, however, It could have been cleaned better; stove looked like it was just wiped with a napkin, furniture was dusty, and the floors were filthy. I wasn't too keen on the idea that there was already a plumbing issue and if we caused any more issues, we would be liable for it.”

“The property was in good condition and very clean. It provided convenient access to the parks and other sites in San Pedro as well as access to the freeway. Quiet neighborhood that felt safe. Backyard was private and a nice sanctuary.”

“The property was very well appointed, beautifully remodeled, and met all of our needs. Scott reached out regularly and provided excellent instructions for check-in, parking, etc. If we have the opportunity to return to Long Beach, we would absolutely stay here again.”

“Place was clean and private. Listing does not really mention that it is an ADU. Parking was a bit hard to find.”

“The property was clean and quiet. The description was spot on. Communication with the host was absolutely wonderful! I would absolutely stay again.”

“Host was great as well as property. Really nice and quiet neighborhood. Had a bit of an issue getting into the front door (passcode) but host was available to help. Location was great if going to beach or to the bigger attractions in Anaheim. I would book again :-D thank you!”

“What I liked about the the property was it was close to the beach. It could have been cleaner than it was. Also part of the reason I get home to stay in while traveling is to cook my own meals. This property had a poor selection of pans to cook with. Other than that it was a good place to stay.”

“Just as advertised.clean and comfortable. Thank you”

“We Loved This & Will Visit Again!!”

“Clean an beautiful easy stay an everything was clean inside no issues here definitely gonna have to come back”

“Nice well appointed home in quiet neighborhood. You’ll feel safe in the neighborhood but surroundings area are a bit rough. Good location really close to multiple freeway intersections 110, 91, 405 and 105. Good central location for site seeing. Good grocery stores near . Pool was nice! Not heated but you shouldn’t need that in California summers.”

“The house is in a great location, walkable to coffee shops and the 4th street restaurants, bars and shops. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat in. Lots of seating and a great outdoor area with a grill and spa. Very clean, great basket of snacks and the host was easily reachable and prompt. I would love to stay here again!”
