“when we arrived to check in on Saturday at 6 pm someone was still living in apartment, we were told it would take two hours more to get in, was not acceptable after driving 18 hours to get there,had to fine new accommodations,talk to owner and was told we would get full refund, will be waiting for it, if not you will hearing from our lawyer”
