“Stayed here for 3 nights, the apartment is exactly as pictured. The apartment was clean, bed was comfortable. No real complaints except for the process of the key fobs as it took some time to figure it out. But other than that I would definitely stay again now that I am familiar of the process. No complaints of the neighborhood. ”

“Booked this property a week prior to staying, only for them to cancel the morning of. They said they had a different property. It was further North than what we wouldve liked but having no other options we took the 2nd property at a 20% discount. The 2nd home had no power. After many calls and a few hours, they said they wouldnt be able to get the power on during our stay and that they owe 7,000.00 on the power bill.Skipping to the 3rd property they send us to. “Perfect area for our stay with our daughter. Wouldn’t stay with more than three adults as it is small but the walk to the beach is short and perfect distance between Venice and Santa Monica Pier. WiFi worked well but we didn’t have cell service inside the bungalow so had to walk out to talk on phone if needed. Communication with owner was good and all questions were answered. Don’t forget to move your car Tuesday mornings! ”

“Good location in walking distance from some great shops and restaurants. Apartment was basic but clean. Bed and pillow a little on the hard side. Some noise from the Nextdoor karaoke bar one night - bring some earplugs. We didn’t go into the karaoke bar but reviews say it’s a great little place. Manager was great with communication. Overall a great value!”

“The room was very nice, specious, neat and organized. The atmosphere was very relaxing, it was a nice touch to have a ac and a heater. The table in the room helped me do my work on my laptop. The bed was soft and big. The host was very polite and helpful. ”

“Pleasantly surprised by the apartment, the price was really affordable compared to other places so I didn't know what to expect but I was really happy with the place, super clean, modern appliances, way more spacious than I thought. The only cons were the neighbors, walls are pretty thin but by the time we were going to bed (10-11pm) it was super calm again and last parking could be a struggle, but I think we got pretty lucky and always managed to park super close like just 1 minute or 2 walking...
