“Let me first start by saying that the communication with the owner was fantastic. They responded to our needs very quickly, which was appreciated.The apartment is rundown. We understand that these are old buildings in central London, however, the furnishings were all broken, dirty, and needed to be replaced. “The property owners were great to work with. The pictures in the posting made the space seem much larger than it actually is. It was quite a tight space and there wasn't a great spot to dry our clothes. It was great that the apartment was right next to the underground but I didn't enjoy the surrounding area as much as I hoped. Next time we will stay in a more family friendly area like Covenant Garden ”
