“The room was generally fine, and the toilet and bathroom were clean. However, during the six nights we stayed, the floor was not swept, and we had to shake our feet before getting into bed. Unfortunately, during room cleaning, the bag, box, and receipt from a purchase I made of Dr. Martens boots were removed. This was a very disappointing experience and shows a lack of care for guests’ belongings.”
