“Overall it was okay. We made the best out of the giving situation. Upon arrival it was noticed right away that the cleanliness was lacking. Think dust layer on all surfaces, bits and bugs on floor, inside icebox sleeves had some dried up food/liquid on them. Something was left in disposal that made the house smell terrible when running the water. We cleaned enough to continue the stay. Owner refunded our cleaning fee only to get blamed for leaving it dirty. I didnt know we were expected to clean...

“Fantastic place to stay. The house is brand new. We stayed there with 3 kids who really enjoyed the pool table in the evenings when we were back from fishing. We trailered our own boat. Plenty of space to park. The owners can arrange a charter for you that leaves right across the street. There is a boat ramp right across the street as well or you can use the ramp at Hopedale marina. Can’t say enough good things about the house and the owners. We will be back. ”
