“Location is everything… right off the popular street Bourbon… it is loud at night but everything is within walking distance and the city car is just a 2 block walk. Our stay was for 5 nights and had no issues. Place was clean and easy to access. Parking garage is a must. Already planning another trip and checking availability.”

“The location to the St. Charles Streetcar was ideal! We were able to catch the streetcar at all hours going in both directions with ease. All of the bedrooms were spacious. And, the living/ dining/ kitchen were ideal for our group of 6. Enjoyed the Avenue Cafe just around the corner and loved Lula's Restaurant just a couple of blocks down. The vibe was great and the dinner amazing!”

“Overall I liked this place. The neighborhood is quiet and the condo is comfortable. I found a few things missing/broken. I mentioned the upstairs TV to the owner and he got someone over there relatively quickly. I did not mention the rest of these things to Edris, the owner so they did not have an opportunity to fix any of it. Missing: Cutting board Toaster Water Kettle Needs: More towel bars in upstairs bathroom More cutlery - there is only 3 or 4 of each Better pillows King mattress needs...

“The location was great, very close to everything. The condo was very well furnished, clean, and secure. Owner was quick to respond to my inquiries. We had a great time visiting NOLA!”

“Pros: Lugar muy amplio y céntrico, departamento muy equipado, a 20 min de bourbon st. Contras: si son mas de dos personas, el agua caliente no es suficiente, por si te quieres dar un buen baño.. será con agua helada. Indican que se puede pedir un check out extendido pero no te da opcion la liga. Asi que la salida es si o si a las 11 am. Ni pagando extra, adicional que los ventiladores de techo y la luz se prenden continuamente sin control, en la madrugada te pueden sacar un buen susto.”

“La televisión por cable no funcionó. Se reportó en recepción y no lo pudieron resolver. No limpiaron la habitación al día siguiente. Entiendo que no cambien las toallas pero, barrer y botar la basura lo deberían hacer a diario.”

“Está muy bien ubicado puedes ir andando a todos los sitios y está muy limpio. La única pega que le veo es que necesita un poco más de muebles para poder dejar maletas y neceseres. En los baños no hay donde apoyar el neceser ni dejar tus cosas.”
