“Perfect combination of feeling like a guest and also quiet retreat free to do as I like on my own. Good to have Carla’s contact info on the backboard on the porch in case door code didn’t work. Not a problem for me, but could have been! Really appreciated fully stocked kitchen!! Enjoyed cooking most meals during 2 week stay. Already looking forward to next year!!”

“New cabin... has everything you need. I plan to come back next year. Host and his wife are genuine hard working down to earth people. And the cove is absolutely awesome. I loved exploring what washed up during hide tide and what was left behind during low tide. Was able to walk from cabin to quoddy head which has spectacular coastal views and trails without it being over populated. Other preservations south of the cabin just a short drive away. Great place for an explorer, writter, or artist!”

“The only issues I had Was when I got to my cabin the bed had not been made and the trash was not empty from the people before so we had to go to the red barn wash our bedding before we could sleep that night. Also the ad said 1 bedroom 1 bathroom there was no bathroom in the cabin it was in the red barn”

“Property was amazing. Beautiful, peaceful, very private location.All amenities were as described. The sauna was wonderful, especially to soothe sore muscles after a hike on the Bold Coast Trail.Would love to return during the summer to enjoy warmer weather activities.Highly recommend this property.Sue the owner was so easy to work with.Thankful she shared this little slice of heaven with us!”
