“We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is cute and very clean. Whenever I had questions, the host responded within minutes and even sent someone to help. The location is a 10/10. I would definitely stay here again!”

Downstairs there was a door leading to a construction site, several defects in the living room, only one set of keys, and the bottom mattress was made of springs that left marks on your back. But the worst part was how cold it was; the windows didn't insulate, and the appliance in the dining room didn't work properly. Imagine how cold it was the two days it snowed. We told the landlord, and he kept giving us the runaround, making excuses but not fixing the...
