“Situado al lado del aeropuerto y de la vía expreso (autovía) está perfectamente comunicado si vas con coche de alquiler para moverte por la isla, lo cual es muy recomendable. A pesar de ello el hotel es muy silencioso y tranquilo. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Tiene varias piscinas, dos de agua salada a nivel del mar, bajo el acantilado. “This property was utterly beautiful, the staff were so welcoming and friendly and the place itself was gorgeous and so clean. Our bed was massive and we had a fabulous wet room. There was enough basics for you to cook, if required - pans, toaster, hob, kettle and caffè tier, as well as a fridge. Our cleaner was a wonderful character, who brought us fruit from her garden and the breakfast chef, accommodated us so well as vegans- baking vg cookies and providing us with the best breakfasts we’ve...

“After a 13 hour trip, we arrived at a place that was overbooked. An alternative hotel was offered 3 km up the hills, so clearly not a 'walk to the beach' anymore. Hotel staff was OK, but young. Manager on the phone did not talk to us, but to the girl instead. We were offered dinner as a compensation, but we had to stay elsewhere. Note: we were not hungry and had other dinner plans for the next night... No financial compensation offered, but only free dinner at the hotel that we could not stay...
