Hello Maionica. As you know we informed you in advance your arrival that was mandatory to show the credit card used for paying the booking. At the arrival date you told us that "you missed your credit card at friends house". We let you 3 chances : get back your credit card from your friends home, pay with a new credit card (reimbursing the missing one) or paying in cash. You did not accept any of them and decide to not show at check in. This procedure is standard and mandatory in order to avoid fraud credit card use and is in benefit of all the community (customers and hotels).
