This apartment accommodates up to 3 guests with two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a large desk, perfect for working from home, and another with a single bed. Both bedrooms feature large built-in wardrobes.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, washing machine, oven, stovetop, pans, utensils, and a cleaning kit.

The bathroom is modern and stocked with essential amenities such as gel, shampoo, and hand soap, and features a shower.

The spacious living room offers a large sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, and a dining table, creating a cozy atmosphere for relaxation and dining.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the well-equipped kitchen and spacious living area. Essential amenities such as soaps, towels, linens, and cleaning supplies are provided for a hassle-free stay. The open layout allows easy movement between the kitchen and living room, enhancing the apartment’s bright and welcoming feel. Welcome to Arganzuela, a vibrant and culturally rich district in Madrid! Our apartment is just steps away from the picturesque Manzanares River, offering beautiful walking and cycling paths. The neighborhood is known for its green spaces, including Madrid Río Park, perfect for outdoor activities and relaxation. Explore local markets, cafes, and restaurants that offer a taste of authentic Madrilenian life. With easy access to public transportation, you can quickly reach Madrid’s city center and major attractions, including the Royal Palace and Plaza Mayor.

Madrid, Spain's bustling capital, is known for its rich history, art, and dynamic culture. Our apartment in Arganzuela is conveniently located for exploring the city’s diverse offerings. The nearest metro stations, Pirámides and Puerta de Toledo, provide quick connections to the city center and beyond. If you’re arriving by train, Atocha Station is 30 min. approx.

The apartment has a maximum capacity for 3 people.

Distribution of the places:
1. Room with double bed
2. Room with single bed.

The kitchen has no door, it is separate from the living room, but there is no door between both spaces. To go to all spaces of the house you have to go through the living room.

The property has a decibel monitor.

There is an elevator in the building, you have to climb a small flight of stairs (about six or so) until you can use it.

It also has central community heating.

The accommodation is equipped with:

1 Cleaning kit

2 rolls of toilet paper
1 roll of kitchen paper
If you require additional assistance, we are at your disposal.
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are NOT allowed. Non-compliance will have a penalty of 250 euros.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.

Walking through the residential areas with swimming pools in swimwear or without clothing is strictly forbidden. Appropriate attire is required at all times.
