“The check-in process was really smooth and easy. Mr. Amr and the manager Mr. Mina were able to take our disabilities into account and ensure that our needs were met. The food was excellent all of the servers and the wait staff and the support staff were amazing! Our rooms were tidied and cleaned every single day, and there was never request that we made that they didn’t immediately take care of. They are amazing! My son had a medical emergency on the trip and the hotel staff, including Mr....

“Much better than average in Hurghada”

“🌟 Family-Friendly Resort Experience Location & Convenience Perfect for young families — everything you need is within close distance, making the stay easy and stress-free. Entertainment & Activities The aqua park was excellent, offering plenty of fun for both children and adults. A special mention goes to HANY , whose friendly humour and energy truly enhanced the experience. He is a superstar and adds a personal touch to the resort atmosphere. 👏 Dining The food was delicious, with...

Note dolenti: profumo...

“Everything is perfect”

“Swimming pool is little and beach shared for 9 hotels (is hard to get a seat unless you get up really early). The onliest thing ok is the food. We have been many times at hurghada, and this has been our worst experience ever. The "show's place" is ridiculously small (add some pictures of all). They only let you eat one time per stay at a thematic restaurant. You also have to pay the drinks at the disco (it was supossed to be an all included)”

“They keep property clean all time, room can have minor issues of cleaning a few days but towels sheets are change daily, they change water bottle also. Rooms a little dated but not extreme. All personal really do an effort to solve any problem. Food besides being a buffette and all inclusive is good with fresh cook dishes every night”
