“The food is various and delicious. You always fond something. They prepare also extra food of you need, they help you wherever you want it. The gym is nice, perfect temperature good music. The dumbbell selection could be more, as the jumps between the weights are too high. Other hotels are better here. People super friendly, pool area great, animation not too pushy but also present, perfect. Evening program funny and differs every day, entertaining. Great hotel”

“Management was very quick in taking care of an issue we had Wigan we first arrived regarding our reserved accommodations. The entire staff was fantastic, everybody super friendly and made us feel welcomed. Food was very good, this time around I did not drink alcohol so can not rate their Cocktails. My only suggestion is to ensure the music played during the day for activities and such must be changed daily at it can get very unpleasant to hear over and over the same music. Same with the DJ...
