“House was nice. Could smell someone smoking in the small space, and they also had the TV on loud late into the evening.”

“casa tranquila, muy amigable todo bien organizado 100% recomendo”

“We loved this spot! Adorable and very clean little house with a well-kept yard and nice deck and grilling area out back to enjoy outdoor meals. The neighborhood is a quiet area with mostly much older (but kept up or remodeled - NOT rundown) homes right along the river, which you can see from the yard and is a 2min or less walk from the house. Very close to downtown Melbourne and a short drive to everything. Very comfortable all the way around and at such a great price! We would absolutely...

“We loved this place! We had lots of space and the pool was great. Melbourne Beach is quiet and has no noise area us. Cocoa Beach isn’t far away for miniature golf, ice cream, restaurants and Ron Jon. We love it there!”

“Nice house very clean. Kitchen had the basics. felt it was a bit overpriced. Washing machine upstairs wasn’t working and upstairs bedrooms were hot. Bedding and pillows could have been better felt cheap. Only 2 towels per bathroom. Electric Garage doors did not Operate. Grill you have to pay an extra 100 to use!!!!! Did have lots of beach chairs and toys to borrow and some wagons.Gate code given wasn’t working and was not able to get in touch with host to correct. No way to message them. Only a...

“Wonderful host! The outdoor space is great with the pool and the deck overlooking the water.”

“The house is wonderful. The theater was a treat. One chair was broken but since there were 8 of us, the broken seat didn't matter. I did call th management company and suggest that they repair that chair prior to another guest arriving. The pool had green algae but as soon as I called the mgt company again, a pool service guy was sent quickly and remedied the situation. Since we were paying to have the pool heated, Laura from the management company said that they would reimburse us for the 35...

“Nice, clean and comfortable ”

“When I pulled up I was a bit concerned as the outside could use a fresh coat of paint but was very happy once I went in. The refrigerator was the perfect size, the whole place was great and suited my needs for week. I would stay there again.”

“Great house clean very quiet neighborhood close to shops beaches and restaurants and space center”

“There were minor things like weeds growing on the cracks of the drive and backyard; the lawn could have been freshly cut and the pool vacuumed prior to our arrival, and finally, there was an odd smell (not terrible) that we could not figure out where it was coming from. We contacted the management company and the person who showed up said she could not smell anything. Finally, two bathrooms for a house advertised for a house that sleeps eight, was not very convenient. Having said that, that...

“Clean ans cozy home very close to downtown Melbourne and with easy access to the beach and local attractions”

“The was clean and welcoming. The location is good, pretty centralized. Close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The hosts were good at communicating and getting back to us if we had questions. The pool was well kept and we spent most of the time out by the pool.”

“Pros: the location is amazing, it really is only about a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach and even though its fairly close to a main road we were never bothered by traffic noise. The pool was clean, the backyard is a good size and offered good shade for our 2 dogs. The surf theme extends to every room of the house and offers some interesting history and beautiful photographs. The bed in the primary bedroom was comfortable.Cons: the air conditioning was NOT capable of cooling the house. When...
