“Very lovely spot for a get away. Very accommodating, and definitely would stay there again. They really have everything you need and the space is so cozy and welcoming. Denise and Don had numerous suggestions that really made our road trip back south top notch! “Alert Bay is a very nice very scenic costal community with lots of history. Gordie’s is right in the middle of it all, right on the water with excellent views of the ocean, sunsets are incredible. Food at the restaurant…the seafood linguine was amazing, sooo good! The room didn’t have a TV but who cares, things to look at were everywhere ”

“Great value for the room, which seemed to be recently renovated. Very friendly staff. Appreciate that they give you breakfast to go if you leave before breakfast opens for the early morning ferry. ”
