Estupendo hotel
Estupendo hotel. Hemos estado a finales de Diciembre. Lo único a mejorar es la comida, resulta poco variada y prácticamente todos los días comes lo mismo. Lo demás, excelente.

Wir hatten ein Beach House, was wundervoll war. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gepflegt, das Personal -landestypisch- Gastfreundlich und das Essen war OK. Das einzige was mich gestört hat, ist die morgendliche Routine des Personals, Mini-Bar Service, Room Service. Ans Ausschlafen war nicht zu denken.

Eine wunderschöne große Anlage und riesen Buffetauswahl. Die Außenanlagen sind super gepflegt und lassen keine Wünsche offen. Von Aktivitäten draußen bis Karaoke und Liveshows als Abendprogramm. Die Zimmer sind auch völlig in Ordnung aber könnten irgendwann mal renoviert werden. Aber ich würde immer wieder herkommen. Wundervoll.

Wir hatten eigentlich ein Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick gebucht und haben dann vor Ort ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein Beach House bekommen. Das hat uns natürlich sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war groß (Bett ca. 2,40m breit; eine zusätzliche Couch; wir haben uns noch ein Kinderbett geben lassen; 2 Sessel und ein Tisch). Das Badezimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte definitiv mal eine Auffrischung gebrauchen und zusätzlich fand ich den Einstieg in die Wanne/Dusche arg hoch. Das Zimmer ist wirklich ruhig gelegen, und nur wenn in der Palm Pool Bar Musik gespielt wird, hört man es, sonst nicht. Das Restaurant bietet eine super Auswahl und man wird auf jeden Fall satt. Einziges Manko war für uns, dass die Pools alle zu kalt waren, also auch der Indoor und vor allem der Kinderpool.

Very great standards, and had a lovely time and experience. The infrastructures are very good, good quality, and everything feels premium. The hotel was on very limited operation when we were in, and had limited options and bars/restaurants open, but we still had plenty to do and much on offer. The room was good, and comfortable, and was well insonorised. The food offer was good and broad - and I imagine that at full operations there will be so much to try. The staff was very nice, polite, and helpful, even despite seeming more used to German and Russian than with English - but it still worked pretty fine and was never a problem. Parking worked great and was never a problem. The private beach was lovely, nice, clean and pleasant. I could see myself spending much more time in there. The location is also pretty great, if you are driving (but there are taxis outside) - there's loads of local commerce within 5 min, and it's a fantastic area with closeness to Side, Manavgat, and Antalya - with lots to offer by the sea and in the mountains. Sadly, there was so much to do in and out of the hotel that I only checked the spa on the leaving day, and it is superb. Great decor and infrastructures, gym, swimming pool, sauna, spa, a really good hammam, and a salt room that I only found out too late. I could see myself spending 2 weeks here, and it's a great resort, with great nice staff team who work hard and deserve the best. Also, lovely cats all around!

Great location, next to the beach, beautiful outdoor facilities. However the stuff treat guests accordingly. I have personally never offered drinks at the restaurant while some other guests get service right after they set on the table. I would love to give tips if I get good service, but they are trying to ignore me. I hope every guest deserves the same service regardless of their ethnicity.

Auch wenn der Lack bei genauerem Hinsehen schon etwas ab ist, so waren wir doch sehr zufrieden. Das Personal nett und freundlich. Sicherlich war Ende Februar auch ein dankbarer Reisezeitraum, denn wir hatten nicht das Gefühl eines Massentourismuses. Essen war abwechslungsreich und die Sauberkeit im grünen Bereich. Wir würden nochmal dort fliegen.

La struttura e molto bella e ben organizzata ma la mia esperienza è stata molto deludente. Avevo acquistato una suite fronte mare e invece mi hanno assegnato una family room in una struttura secondaria. Ho chiesto spiegazioni e mi han detto che stavano facendo lavori di ristrutturazione e che avrebbero risolto il giorno successivo. Il giorno seguente strsse scuse e nessuna stanza disponibile, solo dopo essermi lamentato con il servizio clienti che nel frattempo mi aveva trovato una sistemazione alternativa, si sono improvvisamente accorti che avevano 1 camera disponibili proprio con le caratteristiche che avevo prenotato. La cosa che più mi ha infastidito oltre alla presa in giro, è il fatto che anziché ammettere i loro errorisi sono giustificati dicendo che non potrvo lamentarmi perché mi avevano dato un upgrade (con una camera sporca che affacciava su una piscina vuota).

Null Kompetenz, trotz Klima kaputt Personal und Hotel ist uns nicht entgegengekommen. Tagelang im kalten Zimmer geschlafen, weil es anscheinend technische Probleme gab. Kein Aufzug, Personal null hilfsbereit. Gar nicht zu empfehlen, keine 5 Sterne.

Det var helt underbart MEN idag lördag kom det massor av ungdomar som rusade in och väldigt högljudda 😟 vet att det är skollov nu i Turkiet men när man väljer ett 5 stjärnigt hotell borde det vara lite respekt och jag är glad att jag checkar ut idag

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal nun hier und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage, die Zimmer ruhig und geräumig. Vielfältige Speisenauswahl, hier ist sicher für jeden etwas dabei. Das „Weihnachtsspektakel“ ist für uns verzichtbar, da viel zu lautes Showprogramm und das Menü nicht wirklich schmackhaft und zu sehr in die Länge gezogen. Alles in allem war es wieder ein sehr entspannter Urlaub
