“Honestly, don’t book this stay unless you’re looking for a five nights at Freddy’s level experience. Neighbors above us had quite the drug or anger issues. Woken up at 3:00am and carrying on to the early hours of the day, we heard screaming, fighting, banging, glass shattering just above us. Uttering threats, men running in and out of the house, everything. All also just outside of our shared old wooden door that could absolutely be broken with one full body check. We didn’t feel safe. “Have stayed here twice. Very convenient to the college, easy check-in. Both times we were here, there was a blizzard, but the host helped dig our car out and kept the property clean and passable. Would stay again. ”

However: the floor was very much not clean (as in, our socks were dirty after ten minutes inside without shoes), the thermostat did not work, and there is a pet door to an outside hallway that cannot be shut/locked. “Our host was quick to communicate and the location was perfect for us. Close to Boston and the airport, but still in a relatively quiet neighborhood. The outside areas need a little sprucing up but otherwise we were satisfied with the rental.”

“Location was perfect and the apt. Was very clean and was great for myself, my daughter, and her 3 kids. We did have numerous power outages which came back on immediately. Hot water was in short supply in mornings for showers. However, these few inconveniences were of little concern. Thank you for a wonderful stay in a beautiful town!”
