“The service is extraordinary, every single person is willing to help at any time. You must take the all-inclusive package, otherwise, it is very expensive. The tours have to be organized on time because they don’t offer all of them all the days of the week. As soon as you arrive make your reservations for the restaurants to get a spot. This hotel is more for families than couples. It does not have nightlife. The bar closes at 12. If you go to Jammers ask for Marcellus. The best bartender....

“The Jade Mountain Resort is spectacular. My wife and I stayed in one of the sanctuary suites and it was unbelievable. The view of the Piton Mountains and Caribbean is breathtaking. The service and food is top notch. There are many activities like scuba and sailing. Fyi. there are no elevators. The resort is built on the side of a mountain. You must be able to handle a lot of stairs. I highly recommend this resort hotel. ”

“Fanastic vacation to Anse Chastanet. The customer service was a clear standout! They even managed to book us Custom's Line Bypass a couple hours before we landed! they also booked two dinners for us at Jade Mountain and the incredible tasting menu at the resort itself. Would highly recommend. Absolutely need to do the All Inclusive Plan if you intend on having a couple drinks. For arriving and departing, I recommend taking the water taxi from the town, rather than a bus / SUV up the resort road...

“Our stay here was amazing. From the minute we walked in and were offered champagne to when we left. The staff are attentive and kind, the hotel is stunning and there’s lots to do. Loved the beach and the two different pools. Would come back here every year if we could! Only comment is our back door to our room, and side door didn’t lock which was strange, and the ceiling fan/air con needed a service so it didn’t squeak all night. ”

“This is my second stay at Mystique. This time I spent more days. At the main restaurant I requested a sprite during lunch, i watched the waitress pass me over & over. I left the restaurant and didn’t receive the drink. I would understand if the restaurant was busy but it wasn’t for her to not serve. The phone lines were down from check in to check out. Thank God I had mins on my cell phone I had to call front desk to request towels that house keeping missed. ”
