“Being on the 12th floor provided us the advantage to see both the ocean and the marina. We enjoyed the New Year fireworks from the unit. The host sent very detailed directions and was easy to communicate with. The unit was spacious, clean and had all the amenities needed.”

“Clean Room. Location Excellent close to Venice Beach and all Activities. 8 min from Trader Joes. Kitchen is good for basic cooking. Living room is spacious. Good for a couple. I had my kids; the host was responsive shared an air mattress. Great restaurants nearby walking distance. Nice coffee machine. Best part is the living room with beautiful view. ”

“While we had a very nice visit with our adult children, there was an unusual odor of the sheets. Also, in parts of the apartment, there was a moldy odor as well. The complex was really nice and easy for Uber drivers and our son to find. It was also centrally located to our nearby events. Overall, we had a good weekend and do want to make note of the odors. I’d recommend a very deep clean and inspection of the odor. Thank you. ”
