“Great area on the water, clean rooms, helpful staff, and very good bar/restaurant on the property. Only issues were that the pillowcases were rough/scratchy. Not comfortable to sleep on.”

“Simple unit that does the job! Has all the essentials and great amenities and parking. Location was super convenient with so much nearby - especially the beach.”

“Everything the host advertised was accurate, the place is very clean and neat, good appliances except the stove was not working at time of our visit, but she had an elthe pool ectric stove ready, So that was good. The pool and gym are open as advertised and in optimal condition, the laundry machine were working fine. We would rent this place again”

“Nice place. Apartment management told me they don't allow sub-letting, though. Room had an odor of dirty cat litter box. No TV remote- waited 3 days to get it”

“Once we figured out how to open the check in text and video, everything went smoothly. This place was nice and quaint. Got to use the pool and hot tub at night and the place was quiet. “This property was perfect for my needs. In the Marina area, close to shops and restaurants. Also close to the Marina Freeway which made it so easy to go into LA. Pool was wonderful! I will definitely stay here again.”

“We had a lovely stay at the condo. The location was minutes from Marina del Ray and LMU. I loved that Trader Joe’s and Ralph’s were in close proximity. We could also easily access the freeway. We had a great experience!”

“The layout of this place was perfect for our family. Two beds in one room, family room in middle and master on the other side. Two bathrooms and walk in closets. The floors were not well cleaned, the rest of the unit was clean. Parking spot is in a garage, the spot is tight but fit our minivan. Location is convenient. Walkable to a great cafe, and the Saturday morning farmers market which is a must. The pool is across the street and in a different complex. It also was not a good pool. But the...
