Ryokans en Matsuzaki

“Fantastic location to unwind and relax. Great room with own sauna and outdoor bath was awesome”

“Quaint ryokan, clean and good amenities. No dinner but breakfast was delicious!”

“Wonderful hotel with excellent and friendly staff. Food was excellent and really Japanese. It really felt as being living in Japan with great hospitality and friendliness. Beach and hot spa was relaxing and great.”

“What an incredible stay for us. First time to a ryokan (i.e., traditional Japanese inn w/ onsen). What an experience! Hotel is somewhat confusing to navigate, but that is part of the adventure. The public onsen was incredible (note: they swap the male and female sides, so pay ATTENTION!). The room we stayed in was "traditional" in that we had five futons atop tatami. Haven't selpt that well in a long time! The in-room onsen was a bit old school (basically a deep tub), but still oh so magical....
