“What a great view from the hotel! Free shuttle bus between train station and hotel. Great keiseki dinner and a good selection of buffet breakfast. We had a private onsen in our room, and it was great. You can even set the temperature you want yourself. There is no shops near the hotel, but there is a shop in the hotel itself which sells the basics, so no complaints.”

“Very quiet location as close to Miho no Matsubara as you can get in a place to stay. Owner of the place, Mrs. Endo, was extremely pleasant and motherly. Accommodations were excellent with Japanese meals for breakfast. Need to take a taxi to get to any other touristy spots and to Shizuoka Shinkansen station (about 40 mins). The beach and the pine tree forest are right there. Very quiet and relaxing. I would stay there again in the future. ”

“We had a really lovely stay here. We felt totally immersed in the atmosphere of a traditional Japanese Ryokan. The food was both delicious and always beautifully presented.
