Stayed two nights here and arrived around 6pm on the first day by bus — Heda is a small town so taxis stop very early, I called the hotel and they sent a shuttle to come down and pick us up! They also offer to shuttle you places if you are not able to reserve meals, so if you plan to dine in the hotel definitely try and do it far ahead”

“The rooms are absolutely amazing and unbelievably beautiful. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The breakfast was very nice and traditional. They also provided traditional robes, socks, and sandals to wear to breakfast. There is not a lot of dining options around or much to do. If you have time, take a taxi to the bel-air park. I will definitely visit again. ”

“My room was spacious and very comfortable, the ocean view was incredible (highlight of the property) Hotel has a very nice Onsen overlooking the Ocean and a food lounge that you can walk in and grab whatever you like to drink anytime. To bus stop is just a few hundred meetings so very convenient. I fully recommend. ”
