“The front desk staff, not particularily polite when I checked in. Didn't provide much information, had to try and figure out stuff ourselves. Biggest concern ... NO snow removal on exterior stairs, making for a very unsafe situation. Bed very firm ...tap was very loose in room. Breafast ( scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns ) cold. ”

“Room was small but decent. Bed was a bit lumpy, pillows were hard. In the a there was a radio alarm going off in room across from at 630 am and did not stop. Otherwise good for one night. ”

The pool was good and provided needed entertainment. The breakfast was exceptional! There was so many options that there was something for everyone. “New renovated property with brand new floor, bathroom and kitchen cabinets which were very nice; however there are not enough plates, cups, bowls for our stay. Also, bath mat and bath curtain need to be replaced. The cleanness needs to be improved. ”

“We stayed here recently for my daughters swim meet in Medicine Hat and I was pleasantly surprised at the accommodations here. The owner was incredibly helpful and friendly. The girls enjoyed the pool and the room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Will definitely stay here for future swim meets. ”
