“In the booking it said restaurant on site, it did not say Indian restaurant, we do not like Indian food, had to go to another restaurant. The breakfast might as well be call a continental breakfast, it was not that good.”

“The room was dirty. They’ve attempted to update the rooms, but the baseboards were full of dirt and hair. The chair was stain covered. It was really gross!!! The hallways had large bags of stinky trash for the 24 hours we were there. Mud in the hallways everywhere. The pool was full of yelling and screaming well past 11pm despite complaining to the from desk. Avoid it and it will go away seems to be the standard at this hotel.”

“The staff all seemed to genuinely enjoy their work and were a pleasure to deal with. Room, furnishings, etc. were all as expected in this class of hotel. Breakfast was very good, wide selection and fresh. Altogether, very good value and recommended.”

“The room was very clean and fresh and also was a kitchenette. Loved that it had a larger fridge than a bar fridge. Beds were very comfortable. ”

“The staff were fantastic but this hotel is very outdated and very overpriced for what it is. The air conditioner in our room did not work at all and it was so hot, we could not sleep. Our room had new flooring but aside from that, the room and the rest of the hotel needs a serious update. The breakfast was ok...not a reflection of the staff, as they were fantastic but it was nothing special. Would not stay here again at that price.”

“The staff here are fantastic, very personable and easy to talk to. Rooms were overall clean, little bits of corner dust and grime. The accessibility of the room was not the best, as I had come for a knee replacement surgery and the "ground floor" accommodation had a HUGE step up which was extremely awkward post-op. The bathroom shower was also very difficult to maneuver in and out of due to the placement of the shower door being directly behind the bathroom door. Bed was clean and comfortable...

“Our room was well maintained upon arrival. AC unit was quite loud and the room smelled of cleaning materials but other than this, no complaints at all.”

“You need security, I was talking outside at one of the access doors and a homeless man came out and I was scared, the next day the homeless man had damaged my car and bent the license plate.”
