“My husband and I stayed at this charming little house for a weekend getaway, and we absolutely loved it! We visited the Empty Cross and had a great time watching the birds and taking in the natural beauty. The location is perfect—close enough to Fredericksburg for a day trip. The breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was perfectly brewed. We’ll definitely be coming back. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming.”

“Normally stay at a cabin at Garner SP, but due to road construction they weren't available, but so glad we found PeachTree cottage. Nice and quiet, set far enough off the road to feel secluded, but a very short drive to Lost Maples SP. Clean and had plenty of gear for cooking. Would definitely come back!”

“We had such a great stay twice. On our way to and from west TX. I love Kerrville and this did not disappoint. The property is immaculate, comfortable and beautiful. Plus, we got a stunning lightning bug show from the live oaks while we sat on the porch. The property has everything you need and is built exceptionally well. We stayed with our 6 month old daughter and had a wonderful time. This gorgeous cottage is now our go to place to stay when we stop in Kerrville. ”

You are right on the Guadalupe River with easy access to the river walk that runs beside if. There are a variety of outdoor gathering places. “This was the perfect location for a fun, family hill country getaway. The house was spacious, 3 bedrooms with two having long beds was perfect for grandparent, parents and kids. Easy water access straight from the house, large open concept kitchen with all appliances you’d need, an awesome front patio with fire place and the best back patio with swing bench, heaters if cold, and spectacular views!
