“We stayed here for UTA with friends (4 families)the house was a great size, close to everything and to Scenic world for races and spectating!”

“Our family stayed at Olive nook for a short getaway and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay, very functional and quaint. Our little dog Einstein also had a great time running around in the yard. And the best part about this place is its location. It’s 5 mins from everything you need to get to in the Blue Mountains. “Avoid this place, I had a horrible experience with this host I stayed at Amaroo Mountaintop Villa for Christmas 2023. The stay itself was pleasant and uneventful. The host (accommodated.com.au) requested a damages bond as part of my stay, which I transferred to them. After my stay, the bond was not returned to me. When I contacted the host, they replied with a series of misleading claims, including (1) claiming the bond was never paid, then (2) re-quoting my original invoice, but with higher...

“Immaculate and well appointed unit. It had everything I needed including a washer and dryer. The villa has lots of large windows in the living area allowing in lots of natural light. The bathroom was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Undercover parking with overhead lights, and few steps to the front door was very convenient. “My wife and I took a long weekend break and stayed in the Shawood Bottling Room. It was a wonderful stay. Nice high ceilings, good kitchen, parking, etc. Everything we were hoping for. We made our way up the paddock to watch the sunset each night, which was a great suggestion from the host. Not a critique, but I would have loved to have the option to purchase some local wine too. Mind you, we did shop ourselves at the various cellar doors. A great space and location to get away from it all.”
