“Unfortunately, due to a problem in the reservations system, our reservation appeared as cancelled and the hotel was fully booked. Hotel owners did everything possible to find a similar accomodation. They were a model of kindness and professionality and gave us an accomodation more expensive and they paid the difference of price. I regret we could not stay at the hotel, but, no doubt, this wil be our choice hotel if we return to Katoomba and we will recommend it to all our friends and colleagues.”

“I really enjoyed my stay at Turners Vineyard. It couldn’t have been better. I was greeted by very friendly, polite and helpful staff at reception on my arrival and I found that it was very clean and comfortable and I had everything I needed there. The breakfasts were excellent with a variety of choice. I had no problem with parking at all. I was able to park my car at a very convenient and safe place.
