“Very charming staff, great breakfast as well as thoughtful service, sorted a breakfast for my hubby to go and even remembered the order next day. Room was lovely and toasty, just what you need after a frolick in the forest. Slept very well. Lots of walks nearby, even saw owls. EXCEPTIONAL food, rare for these days they cater for folks with proper appetites! Loved the friendly field cat! Thank you for a wonderful time we loved it. 🙏”

“The staff are very friendly here with a genuine aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The rooms are set out motel style with each room having direct access to outside the property. Overall, the rooms are basic but more importantly, clean. However, for the rate I booked was £160. This amount of money, I found it poor value. There is no desk to work from, the bedside tables are in the region of £20 each and there is no surface area on the bathroom for your toiletries.

“We were generally disappointed with the hotel. We paid for a better bigger room but were placed at the top of the hotel with a reasonably sized room. Lots of furniture in it which made it feel cramped.
We think that a smell was being omitted from the air conditioner/ heater.
Bathroom was indeed of a make up. Rust marks from the towel rail, mould on the shower walls and in the grouting. The wood was desperately in need of being painted and the loo and basin were on a low ceiling side which meant...

“Next to a very busy, noisy road.
Cobwebs in bedroom and bathroom plus a long dark hair on my hand towel, which I wiped on my face.
The staff were very nice and the food was good though.
I wouldn’t return due to cleanliness and noise”

“We booked (2) Deluxe Apartments for two nights, and both rooms were super spacious, equipped, and clean. We had other family staying at The Wenns and their room was also nice. The communication beforehand was excellent, and they were always very helpful. The Wenns is conveniently located in the heart of Kings Lynn. Great pub, too!”
