Una linda casa remodelada para hotel, conserva buena parte de la estructura y materiales originales. Ideal para ir en grupo y ocupar todas las habitaciones de la casa. Sino la tranquilidad y silencio podrán ser afectadas por el comportamiento de los otros huéspedes.

A la entrada hubo problema por el pago que se habia hecho por Expedia, al parecer hubo algún tipo de confusión con la persona que hizo la compra. fue un poco incomodo esperar por media hora con el frio de la hora.

Inolvidable estancia.
Distrito Condesa es un Bed and Breakfast que esta ubicado en La Condesa, un barrio muy bonito y seguro. Rodeado de restaurantes y cafes. El B&B no es de lujo pero esta comodo y tiene todo lo que un visitante puede necesitar durante una visita a otra ciudad. El personal es maravilloso. Siempre dispuesto a ayudar y a dar toda la orientacion que necesite el visitante. Inolvidable estancia en la Condesa. Lo recomiendo sin ninguna reserva. Ventiladores de aire caliente y normal.

A big problem: the shower water varies from way too hot to way too cold in seconds, making me step out of the water and try to adjust the temp several times, however it was quite difficult to adjust, moving the handle a wee bit changed the temp drastically. I almost changed hotels just because of the shower. The room was small. Not nicely furnished. The remote controlled the cable box only, not the TV. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable.

We stayed Feb 2020 (we planned for 1-week stay) - There was no hot -or even warm water - in our shower. We informed the lovely fellow who managed the BnB - he said he would look into it. That went on for 3 nights and days! We still had cold showers. Finally on the 4th day we left and went to another hotel!! The manager returned only 1/2 of our future stay (3 nights) back - NOT THE FULL AMOUNT.

Nice, well located B & B
Pleasant staff, very nice area. Room was large and comfortable. Good breakfast. However, it’s a large house converted into a B & B and has no sign outside so you’ll need to make sure you have their phone number to call when you arrive. Acoustics are bad so you hear a lot of surrounding noise, especially from other guests coming in and out and talking in reception area. Lots of barking dogs in the area too which could disturb your sleep if you go to bed before midnight. Overall nice place and friendly people but overpriced due to the issues raised above.

Thank you for stying with us, our hosting concept is “your home in Condesa” so that’s why we do not have a sing outside but there is bell for our guest to ring when they arrive. Unfortunately we can not control our neighbors dogs . Our concept is to live the experience of living in condesa like a local, all the elements surrounding Condesa ( such as people, galleries , bars, restaurants , dogs , the noise of street vendors, the musicians going around the streets , the local markets , even the police car sirens guarding us ) make this neighborhood one of the most trendy and hip neighborhoods of Mexico City !!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay and was pleased with every accommodation. The on-site staff was amazing (loved the daily breakfast) they made me feel at home. If ever visiting Mexico City I highly recommend you consider stay at this wonderful bed and breakfast.

The staff at the hotel was extremely helpful with ideas for dining and activities. The location of the hotel was excellent with necessities- entertainment, food etc., within walking distance.

Déception : - le petit déjeuner est servi à partir de 8h donc impossible pour moi d'en bénéficier malgré que j'ai payé (effectivement je ne le savais pas avant le jour J) - horaire inadapté pour ceux qui se déplace pour le travail, comme moi, car des rdv à partir de 8h00, donc il faut partir de l'hôtel bien avant. - 2ème jour, j'ai fais en sorte d'essayer de prendre un rapide petit déjeuner à 8h - mais surprise, pas encore prêt ! donc l'heure n'est pas respecté. Je suis parti à 8h10 car je ne pouvais pas attendre plus. - rare présence d'une personne à la réception. Ils laissent un téléphone avec un message, pour faire court, "si besoin, appelez !" Donc si on a besoin d'un service, il faut attendre que la personne arrive. - aucun service à la réception de 22h à 8h. - Le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas du tout respecté. Très cher pour le service et la qualité de l'hôtel. - ce qui m'a plu : une bonne connexion internet et l'emplacement.

Perfect Location, very clean and comfortable but..
The location of this guest house is perfect. It is in a very safe neighborhood, walking around even late at night felt comfortable.Reception is in attendance from 8 am to 11 pm. Very kind, welcoming and friendly but not always fully knowledgeable about excursions. Do your own research. This is a lovely old home, converted to a 7 bedroom guest house. Being an old home, things like creaky floor boards, noise from within and cosmetic flaws are to be expected but it was quite clean and comfortable.Our only real problem was with the shower which sprayed all over the side walls and alternated between scalding and freezing. We asked for help and the shower head was replaced promptly and we were told to just make adjustments very slowly, which didn't seem to work. Only towards the end of our 14 night stay did we discover that turning the shower off restored it to normal, but only for a time before the hot/cold cycle would start again.We only saw this problem mentioned in one or two reviews so maybe it's only with the room we reserved. (king bed with outdoor patio on second floor). Another small issue was there are no drawers and only a small open closet with one shelf so we couldn't really unpack. We didn't notice this when looking at the photos.Breakfast was basic.There is an espresso machine available.

Would stay again!
Wonderful location, clean rooms, quaint and friendly, great price. No A/C or heater if that bothers you. And there is a desk fan but not a ceiling one. I was okay.

friendly, conveniently located
Accommodations are simple and clean. Good wifi, wnd outlets for charging. TV-very limited, no English speaking channels, but most staff speak good English. Helped arrange a shuttle from the airport which was much appreciated. Breakfast very good, made to order.

Sou carioca e Passei poucos dias em DISTRITO CONDESA, porém o suficiente para desfrutar da EXCELENTE hospitalidade dos funcionários e da cordialidade do proprietário Fernando.
