Súper bien ubicado, solo a unos pasos del centro de Coyoacán, Justo al frente de una de las más icónicas cantinas de la zona. Llegada y check in súper ágil y sin contratiempos. La habitación amplia con varios amenidades y una terraza. El único punto en contra fue el colchón…ya pasaron sus mejores días.

El mejor hotel en el que me he hospedado jamás, te hacen sentir como en tu casa, los mejores acabados, perfección hasta en el más mínimo detalle, la camas deliciosas, me mostraron los otros cuartos y todos están extraordinarios, súper limpio, atención extraordinaria, los dueños divinos... todo todo todo es hermosisimo, la ubicación extraordinaria en pleno centro de Coyoacán, tienes todo cerca, me faltan palabras para exteriorizar lo buen que me hicieron sentir.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful, surprising us with a hand written thank you note delivered with a lovely tea tray our last evening. Little thoughtful touches like that as well as a beautiful decorated room made a trip extra special.

A generous spirit abounds at this boutique hotel
I had chosen the hotel on a recommendation from a friend and boy am I glad I asked. When we arrived we were a little nervous from the front door—it looks like nothing from the street. But step inside and you’re in a spa-like atmosphere-it’s very soothing. Very chic kind of mid-century décor. We did have a flight of steps to our room, but the staff moved our bags upstairs so it was no problem. Our room had an outside deck, which was fabulous as the weather was nice. Free water in the room and the lobby. The staff spoke excellent English and were SO helpful in giving us the layout of the neighborhood! They even found us a medical person to come to the hotel to administer Covid PCR tests before we left for our cruise! Just a generous spirit overall. Honestly, it’s so hard to find a great hotel these days, but I would give this a 10/10 and would definitely stay here again if I’m back in Mexico City.

This was the best hotel I have ever EVER stayed in, hands down. Immaculate, peaceful, romantic and gorgeous. Imagine a retreat to an oasis but the cute district of Coyoatan is right outside your door. Loved how it did not look like a hotel at all, but someone's home, and it felt like staying at your favorite Aunt's place. The staff was so warm and inviting (big abrazos to Deter and Jessica!!). The amenities were all on point and I cannot think of one single thing that was out of place or an inconvenience. Perfect for traveling alone or with a significant other. We did not have to taxi/uber anywhere since there was so much to do in the area and the hop on/off buses were right down the street. If I ever find myself having to return to DF, I will always return to H21.
