“Poor sanitation, smelly room like urine, very poor service. Blanket is a flimsy bedsheet, towels are beach towels...wirh big yellow stripes. Nobody listened to my concerns. I checked out instead even though i knew I wouldn't get a refund for my second night. Microtel by Wyndham in San Fernando is the best. I stayed there for 4 days and highly recommended. ”

“Had to replace the TV to get it fixed. They did put a loaner TV in while repairs were on-going. The internet was absolute crap. Internet was out for a whole two days of my short stay. When internet did come back it was slow and weak signal. I was actually shocked at all of this because in the past I have had decent stays, I mean the internet has went out in the past but not for over 48 hours.
