“The bathroom is very small and not well maintained. The air conditioning was not working properly for the whole stay.”

“Great”

“Perfect stay. Remember that all the time they informed about virtual desk. The location is really good, the room was clean and equal the description. The AC worked very well, something important during these days that was really hot in Miami. Even the location is quite close to a noise zone, I didn´t had any issues, it was without noise all the time.”

“The ownership and management are a disgrace. They have works in the hotel , guests don’t sleep they mention it and the management refuses to talk to them . They are only there when it comes to money . Very bad outsourced housekeeping! Rooms are filthy. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE in MIAMI!”

“The place is not good for a family , the rooms are tiny , and the pool too , you can visit the beach but they tell you that if you want and umbrella o you have to pay 35 Dlls and you have to pay and extra fee as a deposit in guaranteeing to the room , I feel that paying that as a family it’s inecessary”

“Exceletne disposición del personal”

“Remodelar el hotel”
