“I booked ahead of time and when I was checking in, the front desk told me the room was unavailable because the host did not fix an issue. Even though I messaged the host that same week to confirm everything was set. I was left pretty much on my own as they canceled my reservation. I had to find a last minute booking and was VERY EXPENSIVE as this was same day. Horrible host.”
