This is the ideal place for guests who wish to relax and enjoy the city. This studio is centrally located a few steps away we have plenty of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment venues just across the road, at the shopping mall on Biscayne Blvd. 15 min from the north beach and 18 min from the Miami International Airport.

- The bathroom is equipped with towels, shampoo, and soap (will only be
provided for your arrival 2 toilet paper rolls, and small shampoo and soap).

•This unit has no heating

•The communal Washer and Dryer are operated by coins.


We will give you the check in instructions 24 hours prior to arrival.

We are here for you during your stay, and our level of interaction is up to you, we are only a phone call or message away.

OFFICE HOURS: 8 AM to 10 PM

Located in a safe and quiet residential area, you will have a comfortable and pleasant stay. at 5 min from the Supermarket.

There is a bus stop on Biscayne Blvd or you can use transportation platforms such as Uber and Lyft.

Remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any issues arise, we will do our best to take action asap.

Please DO NOT smoke inside the residence $300 fine.
IMPORTANT
It’s very important to register ALL of the members who will be staying at our property. Please provide an ID picture the same day you book, as well as a picture of the guests that will be staying with you. Even if you have already verified your ID through Airbnb we will need a copy as well.

If we don’t get this information before your arrival, we won't be responsible for the cancellation of your reservation, as the building will NOT allow access to unregistered guests.

• Smoking is prohibited inside the property and in the common areas. A fine of $300 will be applied in case of violation.


• Try to avoid noise. Remember you are in a residential area.

• If you experience any inconvenience, please let us know as soon as possible.

• Check-In is at 4:00 PM – Check-Out is at 11:00 AM.
If you need to request a late check out please contact us 24 hours prior and if it’s possible we will arrange it : ) It has an additional cost of $50 up to 1:00 PM, which is the latest time for checkout.
If we have guests arriving on the same day you are leaving, we can NOT accommodate a late checkout. There is a charge equivalent to one extra night if the check-out time is not met.

• It is not allowed to send packages (Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, etc.) to the property’s address.

• We DO NOT PROVIDE WASHCLOTHS.

• Keep home items inside the house.

• Turn off AC when leaving the house.

• An extra cleaning fee will be applied if the property is left in really bad conditions.

Please kindly take care of the objects and equipment we provide for your use. In case of any damages you will be charged:

Bath towels: $15 each
Set of sheets/Duvets: $50 each
Bed Blankets: $60 each
Carpet Stains (spills): $50


Additional costs for items such as furniture, appliances, and kitchen items also might be applied.
